ZAM-TEK collects the minimum information required to respond to industrial procurement inquiries. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect, why, and how to reach us about your data.
What do we collect?
When you contact us — by form, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or a booked call — we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, company, sector, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on procurement discussions you start.
Do we use cookies or trackers?
This site uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics (aggregate page-view statistics without personal identifiers). No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no cookie banner required.
Who sees your data?
Your message goes to Zamana Teklibi E.S. in Ashgabat. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for marketing. Where a project requires it, technical details may be shared with named vendor partners (for example to prepare an RF survey or a bill of materials) — only with your knowledge and only for that purpose.
How long is data kept?
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship or procurement process is active, and removed when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
