Tracking that respects the controlled area.
ZAM-TEK deploys real-time worker tracking for nuclear construction — engineered for sites where ordinary RF systems are not allowed. Wirepas Massive runs as a low-power, self-healing mesh that can be evaluated against regulator review questions before anything enters a controlled area; Velavu tags deliver controlled-area access accountability, mustering, and geofences across large reactor footprints. Every deployment ships with a FANR-oriented evidence pack documenting RF assumptions, so operators and regulators can review the design on paper first. Deliveries map to FANR, ADNOC HSEIA, EBRD ESAP, and ISO 45001-aligned controls, with local execution from Ashgabat.
The problem
- Ordinary tracking is excluded. Standard WiFi or cellular tracking cannot be used near sensitive zones.
- Footprints are enormous. Large reactor construction sites need continuous accountability across thousands of workers.
- Regulators review before pilots fly. RF evidence must exist before any system enters a controlled area.
What we deploy
Wirepas Massive mesh with low-power, self-healing routing — every tag can forward messages, so coverage degrades gracefully instead of failing at a single point.
Velavu tags for controlled-area access, mustering, and geofences — live accountability across the full construction footprint.
A FANR-oriented evidence pack documenting RF assumptions, power levels, and network behavior — prepared for operator and regulator review before deployment.
Delivery timeline
Survey & scope
Site walkdown, RF survey, workflow map, and a pilot bill of materials — within one working week of the scoping call, plus the RF pre-screening template.
Working pilot
Pilot zone live: gateway placement, dashboard roles, HSE acceptance checklist, and the RF evidence pack for operator and regulator review.
Scale & hand over
Scaled rollout across the footprint, maintenance handover, KPI reporting, and a procurement close-out pack.
Nuclear FAQ
Does Wirepas comply with FANR Reg 24?
Wirepas Massive can be evaluated against FANR review questions with an RF evidence pack. ZAM-TEK keeps a pre-screening template for controlled-area discussions — but final compliance approval must come from the site operator and the regulator.
Does the system require WiFi or cellular coverage?
No. Wirepas Massive creates a self-healing mesh where every tag can route messages — which is why it is suited to RF-restricted controlled areas where ordinary WiFi, GPS, or cellular tracking is not approved.
Can ZAM-TEK integrate with existing HSE and ERP systems?
Yes. Deployments are integration-first: we keep your HSE, ERP, access control, CCTV, and maintenance systems of record and connect telemetry only where it improves operational decisions.
What is delivered in the first month?
Month one produces a validated site survey, tag and anchor bill of materials, data model, safety workflow, pilot zone, stakeholder training, and the first KPI dashboard. Full rollout starts after pilot evidence.
Which countries does ZAM-TEK serve?
We are based in Ashgabat and serve Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, the UAE, and Central Asia through vendor partnerships — local procurement and site execution, aligned to international industrial standards.
